Searching the text returns every mark mentioning a company, including
competitors' comparative filings. This asks who FILED.
WHAT IS WORTH READING
The goods and services the applicant intends to sell under the mark. That is
the company describing its forthcoming product in a document it is legally
obliged to be accurate in — the most specific statement of intent in any of
these registers.
An `intent to use` filing is the strongest form: the applicant is stating on
the record that nothing has been sold yet. That is a company mid-build.
NEEDS A KEY
USPTO_API_KEY. It is free from data.uspto.gov and takes no approval, but it
is required: without it this answers 503 saying so, rather than handing you
the USPTO's 401.
