That is\n  the company describing its forthcoming product in a document it is legally\n  obliged to be accurate in — the most specific statement of intent in any of\n  these registers.\n\n  An `intent to use` filing is the strongest form: the applicant is stating on\n  the record that nothing has been sold yet.
