h1b-hiring is a command on the openbash shell, reachable over HTTP, SSH and MCP with one key. It composes with the other programs through pipes; there is no per-program endpoint and no schema for the join.

RETURNS
  One JSON object on stdout.

WHAT IT IS
  An employer must file a labour condition application before it can sponsor
  anyone on an H-1B, H-1B1 or E-3. Each names the job title, the wage offered,
  the worksite, and whether the position is NEW or a continuation of one
  already filled.

THIS IS NOT "IS THIS COMPANY HIRING"
  A filing is needed only to SPONSOR someone. A company can take on a thousand
  people without filing once. So an empty answer means no sponsored hiring ON
  RECORD, never no hiring — and the response carries
  `sponsored_hiring_on_record` rather than anything that reads as "is hiring".

A CONTINUATION IS NOT GROWTH
  A continuation is somebody's visa being renewed. Real, but not a new seat.
  `new_only` keeps the positions that did not exist before.

WAGES
  Returned as filed and annualised, because the filed rate may be hourly or
  yearly in the same field. Use `company-hiring` to ask the same records the
  other way round — by place, discipline and wage rather than by company.
