Each names the job title, the wage offered,\n  the worksite, and whether the position is NEW or a continuation of one\n  already filled.\n\nTHIS IS NOT \"IS THIS COMPANY HIRING\"\n  A filing is needed only to SPONSOR someone. A company can take on a thousand\n  people without filing once. So an empty answer means no sponsored hiring ON\n  RECORD, never no hiring — and the response carries\n  `sponsored_hiring_on_record` rather than anything that reads as \"is hiring\".\n\nA CONTINUATION IS NOT GROWTH\n  A continuation is somebody's visa being renewed. Real, but not a new seat.\n  `new_only` keeps the positions that did not exist before.\n\nWAGES\n  Returned as filed and annualised, because the filed rate may be hourly or\n  yearly in the same field.
