So \"who would buy this\" has a factual answer: the firms already\n  importing it, and who supplies them today. Start from a competitor's slug\n  and `customers` is the prospect list.\n\nFILTERS ARE FREE\n  A company page is visited once and kept centrally for thirty days, shared\n  across accounts — so filtering by HS chapter or date is a database read,\n  a second account asking the same question pays nothing, and a repeated\n  question costs nothing. `--refresh` overrides that; it is for repairing a\n  capture known to be wrong.\n\n  `--hs` is a PREFIX: 84 is the whole chapter, 8504 the heading beneath it.\n  Note that the upstream itself warns its HS codes are unreliable.\n\nWHAT IT WILL NOT REPORT\n  No shipment value. The upstream publishes an estimate and states its own\n  coverage beside it — 37% on one company and 69% on another, measured the\n  same day. Sortable, that ranks coverage rather than trade.
