A company with no Form D may\n  still have taken money, on a priced round that closed another way. Read an\n  empty answer as \"nothing of this kind on record\", never as \"has not raised\".\n\nCOST\n  Fetches once and keeps the answer for a fortnight. Form D is due within\n  fifteen days of a first sale, so a staler answer could miss a raise that has\n  already happened.
